(hereinafter, “QP” or “the Company”) to develop and foster a corporate culture that is responsible and sustainable with regard to the economic, social and environmental impacts arising from our activity.

02

ESG & Sustainability Policy

This Sustainability Policy describes how Qasioun Partners, S.L. (hereinafter, QP) integrates environmental, social and corporate governance criteria, known as ESG criteria (hereinafter, “ESG”), defining the weight of each of these factors in the decision-making processes relating to the advisory mandates and to the investment and financing transactions in which it takes part.

The Sustainable Development Goals (2015-2030), adopted on 25 September 2015 and also known as the SDGs, are a United Nations initiative to continue the development agenda after the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), and are one of the ways in which the Company pursues the ESG factors.

03

Good Financial Practices Policy

The purpose of this document is to define the tax, accounting and fiscal strategy of Qasioun Partners, S.L. (hereinafter, QP) on the basis of regulatory compliance, transparent coordination and cooperation with the authorities, and the pursuit of the corporate interest, as a tool to minimise tax risk and support long-term strategic corporate objectives.

QP sets its tax, accounting and fiscal compliance objectives as a defining and transformative element of its corporate citizenship.

04

Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery Policy

As set out in the Code of Ethics of Qasioun Partners, S.L. Breaching the applicable anti-corruption laws potentially exposes QP, its employees and any third-party intermediary (regardless of nationality or place of residence) to significant criminal and civil liability, as well as fines and penalties.
